i had school on the first two days of hols. boohoo. ohwells, it was quite okay. then we (sam lee, edwin, desmond, shaoyong, qt, jt and i) went to timbre on tues night! the place was really cooling and the pizza there is really yummy! at first it was some getai music.. then later some guy called ngak was singing, and it was not bad.
we celebrated mummy's 50th birthday in advance with a party at home on saturday, inviting all her choir members.. okay not all. anyway, it was quite fun with karaoke, pool and line dancing. hahaha. the party ended later than expected, and i'm sorta glad i didn't go for quadfac.
then i spent my second week of hols with my stupid blocked nose and phlegm. it was super horrible cos i couldn't sleep at night, causing me to wake up late. i didn't feel like studying at all.. and i didn't feel like going out either. grr. and i still have phlegm every morning ever since the most strenuous swimming session with qt!
mummy's birthday dinner on friday was at SCC. woot. it was SOOO EXPENSIVE. ohmygosh. it was really fine dining.. there was the ambience, scenery of the padang, appetiser etc until a big group of rowdy pple came in to have dinner. :l after dinner, headed to serangoon to have drinks with iggy, gabriel and chris. it was quite fun, considering they're so intimidating (HAHAHA) and that i had a terrible stomachache.
during this hols, i watched no reservations, ratatouille and 881! no reservations was not bad, the romantic kinda show. ratatouille was nice! i felt so inspired to cook after that. haha. 881 had nice er hokkien songs! but a bit too draggy at some parts..
and today is iggy's birthday! HAPPY BIRTHDAY IGGY! suprised him at midnight with 20 pieces of strawberry cheesecake and the 'invincible boy' blanket i sewed for him! HAHAHHA. which reminds me, i also sewed a dress for myself and a pyjamas dress for mummy! hoho. all because i was inspired by lizhen sewing her buffet night dress. but it was quite fun, don't dare to wear the dress out tho. haha. the hols are alr ending.. =( so sad. grr. can't wait for the stupid tests to finish!
