Yes, I'm back from Vancouver already! Which is extremely saddening. I'd say it's not so much that I miss the place, but the idea of being away with a group of friends and traveling about. It's very much different from holidays with the family because when I'm holidaying with the family, I don't really have to care much about the itinerary. We wake up late, laze about, go wherever daddy and mummy says to go to. But, with friends, it's a whole different issue! We can plan where and what we want to do and see..we have to find our own way about and read a map! All in all, we have to be independent. :)

Well, it's already the beginning of third week of school! Time really flies.. so far, clinics have been very relaxing. Maybe I've been 'UBC-nized', I find myself not so much in a rush anymore. I take my own time to do things in clinic, and really try to do things to the best of my ability instead of rushing to finish first. Which is good, because then you really put the patient first. Actually school on a whole is more relaxing, maybe it's the subjects that we have this year or something because I find that I suddenly have less labwork and more time to study! I guess that this is probably just temporary, because how can dental school ever be relaxing?? Haha.
